Who am I?
Born into a family of artists, I live dual lives.
Cleave me in two and one half would feel just fine building furniture and creating art
in a studio not dissimilar from those inhabited by my 18th-century ancestors. The other half would pontificate with engineers and scientists, jacked into the proto-Matrix that is our algorithmic reality.
But being cleaved in two is not ideal for my continued survival. So my dual lives carry on, my synapses a bit of a mess trying to bring structure to a mashup of a mind infatuated by our capacity for creativity, grace, and sensitivity as well as cool analytical precision.
